By accessing or using DealScore Pro ("Service"), operated by Titan Supply, LLC d/b/a DealScore Pro ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is available at dealscorepro.net and includes the Bulletproof Deal Calculator, Deal Finder, CIM Analyzer, and any related tools or features.
DealScore Pro provides business acquisition analysis tools that help users evaluate potential business purchases. The tools generate scores, financial projections, and industry benchmarks based on user-provided inputs.
DealScore Pro is an educational and analytical tool only. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All outputs are estimates based on the data you enter and should not be the sole basis for any business acquisition decision. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial commitments.
Some features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Free users receive a limited number of analyses. Free access may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle through your account portal.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Existing billing cycles will not be affected until renewal.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 72 hours of their initial purchase, no questions asked. After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund only if requested within 72 hours of purchase. After 72 hours, annual plans are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued after the 72-hour window.
To request a refund within the 72-hour window, email support@dealscorepro.net with your account email and the word "REFUND" in the subject line. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

All content, tools, scoring methodologies, industry benchmarks, branding, and proprietary algorithms within DealScore Pro are the exclusive property of Titan Supply, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The Bulletproof scoring criteria, deal analysis framework, and industry benchmark data are trade secrets of the Company.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan Supply, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of results.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Titan Supply, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any business decisions made based on outputs from the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or by prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
